Story
Bogumil worked with tigers. Bright, unpredictable, with a magnetic gaze, he was a perfectionist down to the last detail and kept every second of the act under total control. The audience adored him, and he, to be honest, very much loved to be liked.
On Saturday the new programme premiered.
In the evening Bogumil put Total Control on his wrists. Lime, mint, bergamot, [an icy mint-and-lime island freshness], geranium, pineapple, green notes, mandarin, papaya, cardamom, petitgrain and orange blossom opened bright and fresh.
Five tigers came into the ring. The audience froze in high tension. The youngest, Shah, suddenly balked and growled. Bogumil did not raise his voice: he simply looked at him and took a step forward, and the tiger obediently sat on its pedestal. Almond, juniper berries, nutmeg, violet, iris, jasmine, lily of the valley and rose unfolded on his skin, warm and powdery.
After the act his assistant Avrora was waiting backstage.
Bogumil, you smell of mint and iris, and you didn't lose control for a second. Shah obeys you like a kitten," Avrora said.
He just knows I respect him. And I love applause no less than he loves meat," Bogumil laughed.
By night white cedar, vetiver, cypress, galbanum, cumin, musk, sandalwood, oakmoss and a warm golden accord stayed on his skin, strong and deep.
How it smells
The start is bright and fresh: lime, mint, bergamot and mandarin sound cool, pineapple and papaya add tropical juiciness, and cardamom, geranium and petitgrain a spicy greenery.
In the heart almond, juniper and nutmeg give a warm spice, and violet, iris, jasmine, lily of the valley and rose a powdery softness.
In the base white cedar, vetiver, cypress, galbanum, cumin, sandalwood, oakmoss, musk and a warm golden accord leave a strong, deep trail.
